How do I place an order?
It's easy to shop at El Toro Records web shop, simply choose an item, click on the "In Cart " button next to the item to place an order. If you like, you can then return to continue shopping or go to our secure checkout and purchase your item. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and is amongst the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. What happens when I place an order?
When you place an order to purchase a product from El Toro Records, we will send you an e-mail (automatically generated) confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. If you’re paying by credit card it will be charged and your order shipped inmediatelly if you’re using Paypal please send payment to firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know the number of your order and your full name; we will ship your order inmediately after your payment has been received.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard and Paypal.
My item has been shipped but has not arrived
We expect Airmail deliveries to reach most destinations within 5 to 10 days. However, if after 21 days the parcel has not arrived, please contact us with confirmation of your shipping address. We always strive to get your order to you as soon as possible, but delivery is in the hands of the postal service who sometimes do not meet their expected delivery times!
Can I return an incorrect or damaged item?
Please contact us first! We accept returns on defective, damaged and mis-shipped products only. We will exchange the product or issue you a credit or refund whichever you prefer. Sorry, but we do not accept returns on non-defective product that has been opened simply because you do not like it. You must contact us for an authorization of your return prior to sending product back. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is sent back without authorization.
When we receive your returned item we will e-mail you to let you know.

What if I incur customs charges?
We're sorry, but if any customs charges are incurred when your item enters your country, these are completely beyond our control, it is your responsibility to pay them and not rootscd.com. We hate them too!
